Nachos

Always a Pig favorite with black beans, cheese, fresh pico de gallo, salsa and sour cream.

Mussels

Pound of mussels steamed in a white wine garlic sauce. Served with bread to sop up the delicious sauce.

Chicken Wings

We don't have a fryer (yeah!) so we roast the wings, toss them on the char broiler and finish them with the sauce of your choice. Everyone agrees they are better than deep fried. Choose from Jamaican Jerk, Buffalo or teriyaki.

Smoked Salmon Plate

Norwegian smoked salmon with French bread, capers, herbed chèvre, hard boiled egg,

grapes and chipotle mayo.

Sausage & Kraut Bake

We brought this idea back from a road trip some years ago. We were a little “foggy” about the exact preparation so we had to go back two more times to figure it out. Yes, this is a three hangover appetizer and one that is sure to cure yours. Kielbasa and bratwurst with sweet kraut and cheesy goodness. Perfect on a winter day.

Olive Tapenade

We make our olive tapenade from three different kinds of olives and serve it with grilled French bread and herbed chèvre.

The basic little salad on the menu since day one with mixed greens, toasted pumpkin seeds, tomato, cucumber and balsamic dressing.

Cobb Salad

Our version of a classic with mixed greens, bleu cheese crumbles, tomatoes, bacon, hardboiled egg, grilled chicken and ranch dressing.

Grilled Salmon Salad

Perfect for lunch or a light dinner. Grilled salmon filet on mixed greens with green pepper, red onion, tomato and our honey mustard vinaigrette.

Roasted Vegetable Salad

Maybe you remember this one from a few years ago; roasted carrots, broccoli, onion, zucchini and peppers on a bed of lettuce with chèvre and a roasted red pepper vinaigrette.

Buffalo Chicken Sala

Start with mixed greens, tomatoes and bleu cheese crumbles then add a lightly breaded, grilled chicken breast with Buffalo sauce and bleu cheese dressing.

Apple Walnut Salad

A weekend feature turned regular menu item due to popular demand. Your choice of chicken, beef or a combo with sautéed peppers and onions in our own fajita sauce. Served with flour tortillas, rice and beans.

Tacos

Three corn tortillas with your choice of chipotle chicken, spicy ground beef or carnitas served up with fresh pico de gallo, rice and black beans

Vegetarian tacos

Quesadilla

Enchiladas Verde

Jose's Meatball Sandwich

Another Pig favorite with tricolor tortellini and mildly spiced Italian sausage in a creamy rosa sauce, served with a side of toasted bread.

We have so many regulars who order this every time they come in 'cuz it is just that good. Breaded and sautéed chicken breast stuffed with ham and herbed chèvre then topped with a creamy dill sauce. Served with sautéed vegetables and garlic mashed potatoes.
